Tom Rayson is the king of problem solving  and implementation. If the t’s are not crossed and the i’s not dotted he will not let you forget it until it is done. This is what makes him a superstar with our discerning client base. His motto – “get it right first time”. You won’t often find Tom standing around sipping on a cup of tea, instead his tea will more often get cold because his head is tucked into a project and missing deadlines is just not acceptable in his bag of tricks.
